Hey Parents 👋

This week our focus is on Patterns & Speed Drills 🥋 helping our little warriors sharpen their moves, improve their timing, and build lightning fast reactions ⚡

Our Main Drill will be Sparring Practice 🤜🤛 a great way for students to apply what they’ve learned while developing confidence, focus, and control.

We’ll also be continuing Badge Week, where students have the chance to earn their special Gratitude Badge
