CCS Assistant Instructor Training Programme

The CCS Assistant Instructor Training Programme prepares Leadership Team members to handle the responsibilities of a junior coach within the Chi Combat System. This course focuses on developing core competencies in leadership, coaching, communication, safeguarding, and class management. Aimed at candidates aged 16 and above, the curriculum emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and teamwork while providing practical skills for leading warm-ups and assisting in technical demonstrations. By the end of this training, participants will be equipped to support lead instructors and maintain a professional training environment on the mats.
