Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation Policy At Chi Combat System©, we value your commitment to our classes and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a booking. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our students, we have established the following booking cancellation policy: 1. Class Cancellation: - If you need to cancel a class booking, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to another student who may be on the waiting list. - If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window or do not attend the class, the class will be considered used, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. 2. Private Lesson Cancellation: - For private lessons, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other students. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the private lesson. 3. Special Events and Workshops: - For special events, seminars, or workshops, we may have specific cancellation policies based on the nature and duration of the event. Please refer to the individual event details for the applicable cancellation policy. Membership Cancellation: To terminate your membership with Chi Combat System©, we require a written notice sent to our email address. Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the desired termination date. Any outstanding class credits will be addressed during these 4 weeks. Class Cancellation: Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as illness or emergencies. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
